Pumpkin-carrot muffins - Day 145

I am not going to lie. The best part about this muffin is the glaze. It is so yummy! I put in more orange juice than was called for and it was even yummier! Ok, so the muffin is great, but with the glaze it is fantastic!!! Here is the link for the muffins. I am going to use them in the morning for breakfast since I can't really do a cold shake when it is below freezing outside! Pictured are mini muffins and the orange juice glaze.
