I found a new way to make hash-browns...in the waffle maker! I shredded my potatoes in my cuisine art which was super easy and fast. Then I sprayed my hot waffle maker and placed an even amount of potatoes on it. You close it and leave it for 15 minutes and it is the perfect combo of crispy and soft!
After about three batches they started to stay soft and gross. I don't know if it was because the potatoes were breaking down, or the skillet wasn't as hot. Good luck!
