I have this great recipe for energy balls. They are so delicious and everyone in my family loves them. They taste like no bake cookies.
No Bake Energy Balls
- 1 cup (dry) oatmeal (I used old-fashioned oats)
- 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minuets. Roll into balls. Your hands will get sticky. I let them chill in the fridge over night and they solidify. Keep in an airtight container.

I LOVE these. We've made them a lot, but your recipe looks a little different, I don't think ours had flaxseed and I just bought a new thing of it, so we should make them again!!
