Wow! I am really feeling the nausea with this pregnancy. I am still trying to keep this 3 0 day blogging up though, so I want to know everyone's remedies for morning, noon and night sickness. I need all the help I can get!

ZOFRAN saved my life! But, some insurances are stingy and then you've gotta get to your 10 week appt. However- I sniffed ginger which helped some, ( I was desperate). ALSO- eating a PEPPERMINT helped every now and then, followed by a pretzel it helped me eat things.
Good Luck, sorry about the sickies. I hope they go away by week 13! With Jordan it lasted way too long!
Maybe you're having twins too! (ha, ha) or it's a girl! -Eat smaller meals -Fresh air/exercise I still throw up sometimes so I obviously haven't completely figured it out. My sister in law Mindy swears by the ZOFRAN as well but I've also heard it's not cheap. Good luck!
Citrus always did it for me... oranges were great. There is also this peach fruit thing that you freeze and it was a LIFESAVER for me... you can find it in the applesauce area I think. Just in case you were thinking of trying it... mac and cheese or ramon are NOT good ideas! I found that out the hard way. Of course, I lost 15 pounds my first trimester.
